For Cibicom’s nationwide fibre network, we use DWDM technology, which utilises the existing fibre much better by dividing the light in the fibre into wavelengths. Each wavelength can transport much higher volumes of data, so there is always enough bandwidth for everyone, wherever in the country your business is operating.
Proactive monitoring of the network and fault resolution around the clock
We can monitor your network proactively in our Network Operations Centre (NOC) around the clock. This means, we can resolve a possible fault - often even before our customers are aware of it - but if something does go wrong, our nationwide technical team, which is on call around the clock, can respond at short warning and resolve the fault.
