Our TIER 3-designed (Uptime Institute) data centre agreements offers:

  • Redundant power with UPS, diesel generator and cooling system
  • Fire monitoring with ion sensor, optical detection and aspiration system
  • Fire extinguishing with oxygen reduction gases
  • Monitoring of gases, water penetration, leaks, humidity, etc.
  • Video surveillance of all areas

Neutral and secured buildings
Buildings are constructed with a neutral appearance, a minimum of external doors and windows and comply with EN1627 RC6 security level.
The perimeter is secured with an industrial fence, while still being adapted into the natural surroundings with living hedges.

Around the clock monitoring
All monitored from our 24/7/365 Network Operations Centre (NOC), which handles alarms and remote fault resolution. If our NOC is unable to handle an issue, our 24/7 on-call team is dispatched to resolve the matter at any location.

100% green power
For several years, Cibicom has only used electricity from renewable sources, such as wind and hydropower, from the Nordic countries.
